Shipping policy

Orders are shipped out in 3-5 business days.  Business days are Monday - Friday with exceptions of Federal Holidays.  Shipping timelines may vary based on order volume, but updated information will be listed here. 

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your item ships. 

We ship using discounted rates from USPS and UPS.  Packages do not require signatures and will be left at the address on the order.  Five and Seven is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

We currently only ship within the United States.
