Refund policy
Though our products are great quality, we know anything can happen during shipping. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,
We have a 30-day return policy for damaged or incorrect shipments only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.
We hope to make it right and send you out a quality replacement of your item. If that is not possible, a refund will be given.
To start a return, you can contact us at purplecraftdiva@gmail.com and let us know the issue and your order number. If your purchase is eligible for a return or refund, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund processing begins after we've received your return package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Eligible items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Replacement items or refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, with exclusion of federal holidays. Check with your bank or credit card company on their processing time for refunds.
